How fun would it be to go to PA school in Arizona?! Although you may not have time for a ton of fun when you are in PA school, Arizona has several PA programs you may want to consider applying to! 

Here are Arizona Physician Assistant Schools and what we think makes these schools stand out: 

A.T. Still Arizona School of Health Sciences, Mesa, AZ

  • Emphasis on mind-body-spirit care and serving the underserved

Northern Arizona University, Phoenix, AZ

  • Arizona’s only public university
  • Focus on evidence-based practice
  • Military and veteran 
  • Give preference to applicants with high potential to stay in state of Arizona to work after graduating
  • Also give preference to as well as individuals from targeted populations.  This includes individuals who are first generation college students, economically disadvantaged, educationally disadvantaged, underrepresented populations, military veterans, and those from rural backgrounds.

Franklin Pierce University – Hybrid, Goodyear, AZ

  • Virtual synchronous and asynchronous curriculum with several Immersion Weeks when you return to campus.
  • Two elective rotations
  • Mindfulness in Medicine course, Cross-Cultural Health course, and Preventative Medicine Course in their curriculum.
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
